mckenna is learning how to sew and quilt. yes, this is a secret desire of mine... something i have always wanted to do [or at least learn how]. our friend janette is teaching mckenna on a sewing machine how to do these things. now, maybe instead of taking every rip and tear to Grammy to fix, she'll be able to do it herself... ha! ha!
janette says that mckenna is a natural and is remembering every step with ease. janette says it, asks mckenna to repeat it and she does... almost word for word.
so now i guess i'll have to have mckenna teach me how to piece a quilt and run a sewing machine :)
